BOISE | ovation | 246 ft | 23 fl

as reported from Boisedev.com:

19-floor, 231-foot tall apartment building on Front and 6th, across from the new Home2Suites hotel and next to Trader Joe's/Chipotle.

called the Ovation Apartments, this would also be 1 block west of the 19-floor London condo proposal.

If you need to change a title or transition a thread from proposed to under construction, just post your request in the sticky thread at the top of this section. It doesn’t always just happen magically

TVUrban just shared that this project was resubmitted and redesigned.

it's now 23 floors, 246 feet.
