I will say that I'm a bit underwhelmed by the ceiling of the riverwalk overhang--it reads like panels from a dated drop ceiling.
Wolf Point East did a much better job cladding the underside of its riverfront overhang on the south elevation.

Well if they ever want to reproduce that 80's vibe for a show/movie, 110's walkway will be more than fitting!

^that last photo is awesome, jc... I love the new dialogue between boeing and this building due to the setback from the northern property line and the introduction of the small park...

Also, the cream-colored horizontal striping at the base speaks nicely to Lyric Opera blding

They've installed some spot lighting at the base of the columns on the river side. One was turned on and it was pink/purplish but hard to tell because it was still light out. Hoping my eyes were no deceiving me.

Also on the street side, there seem to be purplish reflective highlights on some of the black strips behind the glass so I'm hoping maybe there is a cohesive theme going on. But maybe this is all wishful thinking and the pandemic is getting to me.

But the lights on the river are def there -colored lighting would be really nice surprise.

I executed an almost-final shoot for the ownership group this past Friday. Here are a couple early favorites. More to come...

Edit: Went back and pulled an old photo and started experimenting in photoshop. Turns out taking the same photo over time has paid off. Will certainly re-reate this once the riverwalk is complete and the plaza is landscaped. Might make for a cool night shot, too.

That's almost awkwardly small signage. Wonder if that's what they wanted or all that was allowed?

It's an innovative new construction process. Instead of building from bottom to top, they are building from left to right.
