Updated plans: http://minneapolismn.gov/www/groups/...msp-222343.pdf .

Remains 21 floors. Reduced in height by 9' to 247', units reduced by 9 to 346. Increased floor area, removed the third basement level of parking.

Crane base is in. They have also been breaking up limestone in a grid of pads on the site, not sure what those are for exactly. Caisson sleeves are back on site as well. Should see both the crane go up and caisson drilling for the building begin shortly.

2/13.

This is one of the taller buildings we've seen this cycle that has been constructed primarily on pad footings rather than caissons. I think the Expo is the tallest we've seen.

Looks like they've been holding pretty steady at 8-10 days per floor. Topping out in mid to late November?
