I heard about 6-9 months ago that they have been having serious problems with that window wall system as well...

I've gotten so used to seeing the exposed lower support columns on this one that I kind of don't want to see them covered up haha

Definitely be interesting to see how they treat the blow-thru level. But if The entry way is any indication, should be another 13 months until we will see.

The balconies on the east and west faces are definitely a scar on an otherwise stellar design, but like any beautiful person with an obvious flaw, it's pretty easy to forget about with time.

Agree. The operating local developer here - Magellan - is an outfit that by all historical evidence apparently believes that balconies are a necessity to move high rise residential units in Chicago. They're wrong, of course, and that's unfortunate.
