Vantage Collection’s 1 Park View Avenue Completes Construction In Jersey City

Quote:
Construction has reached completion on the second phase of The Vantage Collection, a two-tower residential complex in Jersey City. Addressed as 1 Park View Avenue, the rectangular 44-story residential tower is an exact architectural twin of its adjacent sibling, 33 Park View Avenue, and the two are connected by a podium with 15,000 square feet of retail space. The complex as a whole is designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Fisher Organization, and yields 900 apartments. 1 Park View Avenue features 452 homes that range from studios to two-bedroom units, with the majority offering unobstructed views of the New York Harbor and year-round daylight exposure. The buildings sit on a full-block parcel bound by Park View Avenue to the north, Marin Boulevard to the east, South Cove to the south, and St. Peter’s Street to the west. Leasing has begun for both towers, and the gallery is located at 33 Park View Avenue.

Amenities for 1 Park View Avenue include a residential lounge, conference room, dining room, a garden and lounge, screening room, fitness center, yoga studio with on-demand fitness, a children’s playroom, business center, and co-working lounge with private work pods. There is also a game room with a pool table, a virtual golf simulator suite, and a sky lounge on the 45th floor with 360-degree views of Jersey City, Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, and the Lower Manhattan skyline.

Shared amenities with 33 Park View Avenue are a 24-hour attended lobby with a coffee bar, a parking garage, electronic package lockers, Amazon lockers, bicycle storage, on-site residential storage, on-site laundry rooms, EV charging stations, and complimentary moving assistance through Updater. There are also two outdoor swimming pools with Laminar Jets and a waterfall feature, a great lawn space, fire pits with seating, a full-sized basketball court, an outdoor fitness station and lounge spaces, tiered seating overlooking the harbor and Statue of Liberty, planters for gardening, 12 BBQ stations with gas grills and private tables that can be reserved, an outdoor children’s play area, an outdoor bar, and a dog run. The Vantage Collection offers 70,000 square feet of total indoor-outdoor amenity space.
