Indeed, I would even prefer a green copper patina like the American Copper Buildings

I like it. It's good company.

Compared to diagram...

Very nice renderings! I really like both buildings, and think they contrast very well... I tremendously enjoy the various close ups on 247 Cherry Street. Love the glass and cladding... and the one going up now looks massive... and with the humongous 80 South Street, all potentially 1,436 ft of it nearby, the Lower East Side is going to fill in very nicely!

It looks like the latest renderings have the green toned down a bit. I think that's a good thing. Nice renders!

SHoP is doing some of the best work around. I wonder if their style will eventually coin a "new neo-art deco" architectural classification.

I love SHoP, and I'm glad they're doing so many high profile developments around the city. Can't wait to see what they have planned for 360 10th (Hudson Yards) as well as 80 South Street.

Shop does such a great job with the details. I like how they base their designs on local contexts and historical styles. I guess i'll have to overlook the green-ness.

I hope its not that low!

Thats terrible for 30 year growth. Now, 1.5 million, thats a statistic!

It was 8,175,133 in 2010 and 8,550,405 in 2015. No way the city will grow that low from 2010-2040...

You do realize it has gotten very expensive in the city right? There is a noticeable outflow of the middle and lower class.

The 10 year census will be surprising and not in a way you would think.

^^^

I look at unit listings a lot so yes, but there is no way in this existence that 783 k will be the growth amount, even if its an estimate. It's a conservatively super low estimate and one that is an insult to a Alpha++ city like NY. Not for 30 years?! That's a pathetic. The 10 year census is surprising, because they tend to undercount. The one on 2010 was a disaster. Not the true value.
