Wow, imagine the view from 30 Rock once the Park Central gets replaced.

Another super-skinny supertall akin to 111 W.57 would be a fantastic replacement.

it is still at 1257 feet, the core skeleton of the building is complete, including all usable floors and mechanical floors, all that is left is the crown that is 171 feet tall

It must've been repeated over and over, but it's absolutely crazy how thin this tower is.
Think this is the world record and optimal when it comes to the height/footprint ratio.
It'd be unreasonable to go more slender than this thing is yet.
Stunning tower anyway.

Is the installation of the terra cotta still on hold? It doesn't seem like any has gone up since the scaffolding accident a couple months ago.

I believe I deserve a free double-story unit with a balcony.

The bronze elements look damaged/discolored in areas. Is this intentional or are they just dirty?
