I made the building skins on Paint, then added effects on photoshop, just like my diagrams.

I also made the billboards for Staunton Square.

And You must have seen the other pages, but I'd be happy to show more pictures of Staunton Square soon, the place has sure changed, I just havent shown any new shots.

What about in Mass? It has too much of an east coast feel to be in North Carolina and California.

That map showed possible choices, and New Jersey One, what do you guys think? Massachusetts is to northernly for Staunton, New Jersey sounds right.

Here is a City Map.

(Yes its TheRegis, not a spelling mistake, A Very Tall, sleek Hotel/Condominiums Tower, it was mentioned earlier as "The Regis Hotel" I really like this tower its one of the tallest in Torrington, expect an Emporis Page soon.

The building is loosley based on the RIHGA Royal Hotel In New York

Amazing!!! No one puts as much detail into their cities like you do Patrick. Just looking at Staunton Square and all the Billboards made me wish I wasn't too lazy, and had a better computer so I could create that in my city. but good work on your city.

And it looks like Staunton is pretty much where Atlantic City would be, or maybe a couple more miles down the Jersey Shore. You should add a couple of casinos and a beach around Buena Vista or El Santiago.

Thanks!!

And cool I forgot about Atlantic City, I'll defantly add Casinos to the Buena Vista Area, that will look cool. But I'll have to probably rename the area. But I have a long way to go before I start building there

Like Battery Park City In New York City, I'm building a master planned residential community. Callahan Park City, under the Staunton Harbor Bridge. Callahan Park City might have a World Financial Center nearby like New York City's Real World Financial Center.

Here is the Master Plan for (possible) Phase One: Callahan Pointe

Callahan Pointe Completion Picture Coming soon. But In the meantime here is a shot of the Staunton Harbor Bridge.

Callahan Pointe is complete, but I'll wait on showing the full project, but The Tallest Tower: Callahan Pointe - Callahan View Tower has the greatest views in the whole city, this expensive project is developed by Lloyd International.

You want this view? $41,700,000! and going up

If your lucky enough, you will get a private rooftop garden, for parties, or relaxation. The Chairman of Galviston Enterprises has his eye on this one

Project Shots soon
