To think about the potential of a WW3, if you wanted to take a simple, non nuclear explosive and drop it somewhere that within 100m it hits an area that would cripple the country Where would you drop it? What would be the only saving grace?

Seriously, I can't think of one single place in Canada where it would cripple the entire country.
But one of the most damaging would be the Port of Vancouver. Also locks along the St. Lawrence Seaway. There are some road and railway choke points and bridges.

Dropping a bomb on Nipigon River Bridge would cripple the country’s capacity to move things on a east-west axis, but rebuilding the bridge wouldn’t take that long.
