When I browse thru a number of European cites, and Turkey, I see a number of these high rise suburban areas, and seemingly, devoid of any commercial areas. Let's hope they're connected by light rail/subway, otherwise they'd need some big underground parking areas under these high rises.

I've been to South Korea in 2018 and 2019 and it's so impressive with these "new cities" and suburban skylines everywhere. So much urbanization, the drive from Incheon airport to city center Seoul is around an hour but the whole drive you see highrises. The most impressive "new city" developments with skycrapers seems to be going on in Busan (Korea's 2nd largest city).
