Ok, THIS is the exact rendering I saw. Yeah, I tend to agree with the skepticism here. I think I put my contact information in (as I am slowly starting to think about my first purchase as a millennial). However, I never heard a peep back about this project. The article posted this morning also seems a bit too "Yeah, we plan on breaking ground here any day!". We don't know where in the city process this thing is at. Plus, as someone who is authentically interested in a unit in the building, I haven't heard a peep from anyone regarding pre-sales.
But hey, it's a major condo proposal for Denver. Maybe this is the beginning of a trend that will help bring more large-scale projects on board.
