Are the red terra cotta brise soleil elements on TeaHouse supposed to wrap around that final corner of the balconies? Or are they designed to stop there and have the corners exposed? As it its, it looks unfinished. I know they don't function as brise soleil elements, but it's the closest description I could find.

Agree that the south side looks unfinished... the terra cotta does wrap the corners of the north side (1st Teahouse pic)... but I don't know for sure. It would be odd to leave those corners unfinished.

Everyone saw this value engineering coming when Concord took over Cresford’s YSL project. Don’t know if KPF were forced to create this mess (in lieu their curtainwall design) or if someone else lit a match to the original design. Don’t know if it’s taller than the previous 299m version (it’s roughly the same shape), but Concord is stuffing 95s into this thing… guess anyone over 6’ tall will brush the ceiling of their unit.

Ouch.
