They've been doing "great" with that. Just start with The then add an "interesting" name. That's a problem I have with the Star Wars sequel trilogy too lol

I kind of like it. You won't get confused as to where it is... I think the "The [insert name here]" feels less genuine whereas this is embracing the location and it just calls the building like a regular Philadelphian would call the building - by its address. Using a recent example, the Ryland in Old City, if you say "I live in The Ryland" most of the time the other person will say "where is that?" A made up name may change over the years, but the address will stay the same. So why not just use the address?

I completely agree. I think all the new names like Avira and the Ryland and what not sound kinda tacky. The only one I actually like is the Piazza but I think it's just because I really like that project.

You only get to name a building if it looks old. The Alexander works.

Agree, especially with 'The Ryland', it already has a nice sounding address that would be perfectly fine doubling as a moniker: One Dock Street.
