The outcome is simple enough, but there must have been some complexity as it did take them an extended period of time to come to that conclusion (weeks or months) as the sink hole languished. Why are there not more sink hole news stories that we can reference..
At any rate, it is probably a traffic gong-show down at Main and Powell and on Hastings today.
