Indianapolis -

I don't think this has been shared here yet - the former Angie's list east-side campus (1030 E Washington St.) might become apartments. The property was listed for sale in 2017 after Angie's List was acquired by ANGI Homeservices Inc. -

Bloomington -

I know that this isn't really Indianapolis, by any definition. But it seemed interesting enough to mention it, and I wasn't sure where else to put it. An unbuilt Mies van der Rohe design is now being constructed on Indiana University's campus, to house the School of Art, Architecture + Design. Thomas Phifer and Partners is leading the effort and is attempting to honor the original design vision, but with updated details & systems to meet current codes -

Butler University recently announced a name for its new facility - Bill and Joanne Dugan Hall - in recognition of the Dugan family’s $7 million multi-year gift commitment. The building currently houses the School of Business, the new Butler Beyond Transformation Lab, and the Office of Career and Professional Success.

And, if you'll humor me for another Bloomington mention...

Last week, the US Economic Development Administration (EDA) announced it will be awarding a $3.5 million CARES Act Recovery Assistance grant to the city, to aid in the construction of the Trades District Technology Center. The center, intended as a space for innovation and job creation, is being designed by Axis Architecture + Interiors. It will be located within the Bloomington Trades District, a 12-acre site near downtown that encompasses the former historic Showers Brothers Furniture Company -

IU Health’s new downtown hospital to feature three soaring towers
John Russell | IBJ
March 24, 2022

After more than six years of planning, Indiana University Health is moving forward with the next step of its new, $1.6 billion flagship hospital downtown, which will soar up to 16 floors above the street. The health system submitted design plans Thursday with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Development Commission, and said it will begin excavating the foundation next week. Plans call for the hospital to have three towers holding up to 672 patient rooms, making it one of the most prominent buildings in the Indianapolis skyline...
