You should ask yourself the question for how long ugly Montparnasse tower will be the tallest skyscraper in Paris.

One more photo of warsaw today. I don’t live in Warsaw. I never even was in Warsaw but photos like this are marvelous. This city in the last 15 years changed almost completely except the good things which now are even more beautiful.

By the way, this renders above looks like screens from the movie visualization of new center. Is there any link to that movie? I hope that architecture of this buildings would be in fact much better than what the city has prepared as example of future shape of this place.

Yes, You are right- this is only a vision of the future center and not the final design of the building. We can see that there will be some buildings in the "old style" and some "futuristic" buildings.

Here You have link if You would like to see the visualization of new center:

The project proposed as the new city centre is giving me some problems cause I believe it will ruin the majesty of PKiN imo.
Should be left the way it is now as a green corridor in the city centre

Don't you think it's rather a shame that there's a huge plot of nothing in the center of a European capital? The square around the PKiN is a communist idea -- it's even named "Plac Defilad" (Military Parades Square), which sounds inappropriate to most people today. After building over it, it'll become a part of Warsaw that will be alive 24 hours a day. Now it's just nothing. Such valuable land too!

Not gigantic place with gigantic building in the center but streets with buildings on both sides with flats, offices, restaurants, bars, markets, galleries and etc. That's normal structure of European city I think.
