You guys are laughing now but Jacksonville will soon assume its rightful place as the largest and most important city on Earth.

I heard the UN is moving its HQ there. The eiffel tower is moving there soon as well. Elon Musk even decided he didnt want to go to mars anymore after visiting.

The best thing about this tower is that it will block the view of the Eugene and the Eugene's giant ad banner from the east.

True!

Kinda wish they had added SOMETHING of a variance to the MW designs besides the curved glass and bending aspects to the buildings! Having the corners lit up from top to bottom or SOMETHING would've made these two stand out more!

If the lesser buildings at Manhattan west used less glass that would have been a big plus here. Between the Eugene, the reclad AP building, and then the backdrop of HY- the reflective curtain walls really are overwhelming sometimes.

^ Damn I like that International looking 3MW! Why are we always getting shafted. Do we know how tall it was gonna be? I count 84 floors including the parapet.

Not sure, maybe 900 ft. I still would like something like that getting built in Hudson Yards.
