Wilshire grand

I believe the wilshire Grand should still appear as LA's tallest building because sources are basing their statement on the number of floors saying that it will be the 2nd tallest because it will have 70 floors and us bank 73.

Thanks, the current drawing has the spire at 300 m so we'll leave it at that for now until we get more concrete information.
