Thanks for the updates Urbanizer. Hopefully someone will lease part of the tower so phase 2 can begin.

This will be a great addition to our skyline. The unique design and height along with the Market Square location will enable it to transform the northern part of downtown. I think it will be a great compliment to the Aris Market Square Tower across the street. I’m imagining the view from 45 North or the Casa de Amigos Station on the Red Line train.

Good to see towers going up on this end of downtown. It'll really balance the skyline views from the east and west.

Are they still looking for a tenant?

Is this the final design?

It’s beautiful. I think I read that it’s only about 750,000 sf, so, presumably, a 200k sf commitment could get this going. Are there any likely tenants in the market?

Also, could you tell us the address? I’d like to look it up on Google Maps.

I’ll bet you that Market Square, like ant square, has four sides. Therefore, it can be in one of four locations on Market Square.

800 Preston St, it's the only block along Market Square Park waiting to be developed.

Thanks! In NY, pretty large buildings are routinely razed, so just because a block isn’t empty doesn’t mean it won’t be redeveloped.

Is this tower likely to get a tenant any time soon?

Another design. I'm not sure if it's current as there's a number of buildings missing from the aerial view.

Oh, hello there, Mr. 900 footer. Looks to be about 950 feet compared to the Chase Tower and Wells Fargo Plaza. That thing is a monster.

Probably just a concept but would be cool if it were real.

Looks like it escaped Shanghai and ran to Houston.

A number of buildings missing makes me think this was older concept. Though I hope I am wrong.

I hate to be the bubble burster, but that's a rendering of Wheelock Square in Shanghai.
China is of course infamous for rendering their towers in other cities around the world, especially US cities.
