I lived in England 2006-2007 and I remember thinking the British were pretty FAR ahead of the U.S. in terms of fashion. However looking at this picture it seems like the U.S. and the U.K. are pretty similar now -- Americans wear more slim-fitted clothing now compared to the early/mid 2000's. The people in these photos wear clothing that look very similar to what I see people wear now here in Austin, TX.

Anyways, fantastic pics! York is one stunning city!
