I actually don't mind it either (at least relative to some of the other projects in the vicinity) but I do agree with those who say it could stand to have a bit less stuff going on. The main thing they should eliminate is the red logo at the top and the protruding box. The second biggest issue is the, for lack of a better word, "simulated partial set back" created by the change in texture from the ghost tower white/silver to the grey/black cladding. They could have instead carried the ghost tower cladding all the way to the top and not done the balcony colour change fade.
But really, they could have eliminated the upper tower part altogether and just made the middle white part 12 stories rather than 6 and have that be the full extent of the project. Or perhaps stop the tower part at the point where the simulated set back begins. I know this might sound like heresy, but
not every single project in a central area needs to be a tall tower.
