No.. I found it on Flickr where it was posted by Neoplan Tastic. He was using the handle SEPTA 5761 until recently.

I'm glad they didn't cheap out on the cladding for this one. Looks very good in a high profile location.

Sorry the photos aren’t as good as some of the others, but there is more progress on the south tower, and the north tower is looking great. I’m really happy with how these have been turning out.

I mean, architectural classes 100 years from now won't be studying them - the North Tower kinda looks like an AC Casino. But - these buildings are solid skyline material and awesome infill.

Yes, it definitely looks like a casino. The area for the Giant supermarket, could easily be the casino itself and the above hotel. You know, to keep the gamblers comfortable while their cash disappears. "The River Walk Hotel & Casino," hmmm.. Well, it's a remarkable alternative instead of that barren, isolated parking lot it used to be.

I know it's just a blah square-rectangle blah, but I will admit that up close, the black matte metal trim, the glass ... this thing looks the part, it's a solid apt tower.

Saw a lot of work being done on the second tower today. Should start seeing that go more vertical soon.
