I have recently noticed that US News & Word Report, in their annual ranking of universities, have tempered their praise of both Stanford and Rice Universities by including mention of TomOfBoston's dismissive comment about their campuses. In related news, online enrollment at The University of Phoenix has increased since the dismissive comment in question was first published.

An interesting historical tidbit about the BioScience Research Collaborative: It is built on the former site of the Tidelands Motor Inn, where in 1960,
in its Tidelands Club, the album "The Button Down Mind of Bob Newhart" was recorded. The album became a huge hit and the rest is comedy and TV history.

For years it was used as graduate student housing. I still miss the neon palm tree.

Italian architecture

Always reminded me of Italian architecture.

I graduated Engineering Design, and I always failed my time management. I STRUGGLED once I had run out of deadlines at the college with my cap project. But hopefully, I found some firm that provided a capstone project writing service that saved me https://edubirdie.com/capstone-project-writing-service and I was able to graduate successfully, took my first job as a design engineer. I`m developing computer-aided software design(CAD). Improving manufacturing processes and designing products at the local factory.

Very interesting historic tidbit! Did the neon palm tree remain when it became housing?

I thought the same thing.
