Could This Prismatic Diagrid Tower Be On Tap for the Williamsburg Waterfront?

Hmmm, so this is a proposal of a proposal? I'm not a big fan, I'd rather see a lower, more dense structure that's more integrated on the site, or something like Bjarke's pyramid. This site deserves more thought than a Foster derivative box.
