Back in 2002 I visited China for the first time... I was prepared for what to expect in Shanghai thanks to this forum, but I'll never forget the ride into the centre of the city from Hongqiao Airport... the skyline just blew me away. It was incredible then just as it is now!

There were nothing but wheat fields in 2002. You sure it wasn't 2012?

I miss the 90s and early 2000s, things were humble and innocent.
