I think this is the problem with people trying to do "traditional" architecture. Stylistic stuff is copied but then there's all this weird other stuff going on.
The tectonics of this thing are wonky. Because of the amount of glass, the thick flat wall becomes a colonnade. Each of the rectangular wall columns has (I believe) pairs of pilasters, and then in front of those there are freestanding columns. So there are three different types of column carrying what is above it. The entablature is positioned strangely. It's set back from the freestanding columns, such that they are not really supporting it, and yet it's overhanging the rectangular wall columns to a degree that those aren't supporting it either. I'm also not a fan of how the building meets the ground although it doesn't look like there was very much space to work with. I also think the double columns makes the individual columns too small compared to other elements on the facade, making the facade's hierarchy less clear than it could be.
