I walked by today.. still lots and lots of blue, and plywood on the balconies.. not much really different than the pictures above. Lots of work-people doing stuff on on the building itself though it seemed. It was a very noisy site. lol

A new model suite has opened up on the 30th floor.
I was thoroughly impressed with the work they have done. It does not feel like the same building inside. The new windows make a huge difference.

Those are remarkable views of a good portion of the peninsula.

Being on the 30th floor, it sure makes the rest of the peninsula look rather squat and sawed off.

Bad tabletop financial district from that vantage point.

Good thing most of the world isn't viewing our financial district from that vantage point.

Not sure if this has been posted yet. If you navigate to Tour/Virtual Tour on this page, you can see a bunch of 360 degree views of the renderings. If you click on "site plan" in the top right, there are a bunch of different vantage points to choose from.

The Fenwick side is a huge improvement.

Doesn't work in my browser (Firefox). Most of the page is scrolled off to the right and invisible/unreachable.

Looks like a bit of a maze they are building there. Are those narrow passages with tall walls on both sides a good idea?

seriously looks dangerous and very rape-y (I don't mean that to sound light or jokey).

I was really excited by this mid-block "shortcut" as it was presented in early concepts for the Fenwick redevelopment. Somehow I got the impression it would be much more legible, and activated with uses like shops and cafes.

This version looks sterile and utterly confusing to navigate.

There are several pictures (or renderings) of apartment layouts - it looks a lot different than when I lived there 40 years ago. I didn't realize that they would have some micro-units (although these are probably more like regular studio-apartment size, with a separate bedroom):

It is interesting how the bed folds up when not in use (I have only seen this style in movies):
