From this angle the site reminds me of Dubai Marina. Too many soulless, glassy boxes in a small area. smh

Then I guess you're happy that view will be blocked by other towers.

Yeah, still have to get used to the idea of more big buildings going up in front of these buildings on the Hudson...doesn't look like there's room, but there's room.

Does the building have escalators that connect the basement to the ground floor

No one want to help this guy??

The building will no doubt be fitted with disabled help. It is a requirement now.

Here is the website. Perhaps send an email to one of the contacts.

Yes it will be, and have not seen any plans. This building will be fully compliant with all relevant Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards and provisions. Although I would doubt escalator from basement (unless basement has retail or other amentities). If no retail or amenties on basement level, elevators are far more likely.

I didn't get to see Hudson Yards up close and personal, and as a development (built over rail lines, etc.) it has some impressive features but as someone said upthread, just seems too homogenous and forced. Maybe they should have gone the route of Cesar Pelli with the World Financial Center complex?

Kinda strange to see that 10 Hudson Yards is still deep blue while 30 Hudson Yards changes colors.
