Commercial real estate investors

Hey everyone, newbie here! I'm not very familiar with Hamilton at all but I've recently developed an interest in the area, and this forum has helped me immensely in getting my bearings.

Just a quick question, is there anyone out there who is a commercial real estate investor/ landlord and who wouldn't mind giving me a little more insight into the area? Is there a good investment meetup group that anyone can recommend?

Thanks for all the help you guys have already provided!

Ambitious Realty Advisors would be a good place to start. They host monthly networking get-togethers at various spots across the city. It's a shame I didn't notice this posting earlier - they just had a meetup last night at Sarcoa.

Not sure this is entirely true...are you speaking from experience and are an investor yourself? If so I'd love to chat a bit

markbarbera, thanks for the info about Ambitious Realty Advisors, I'll check them out!

Any other leads are greatly appreciated...

Mr. Potocic suggests his company’s future will require new partners and new investment: “We’re actively looking at projects bigger than this one, and we’re going to need to build networks of people around us.

“There’s a lot of building stock that needs to be revitalized in Hamilton – it could be decades and decades of work.”

Anyone game for some rock-and-roll real estate?

But what’s less obvious to the untrained eye is the property portfolio Potocic and his colleagues have been slowly amassing over two decades
