Mosaic - a new beer bar

Mosaic will be opening this spring, at 431 Barton East (near Wentworth).

I think it will be great! Full disclosure, I'm part of the group behind it.

you know how hipsters are. This micro brew (craft) will go the way of bee keeping. or growing blue robi corn on your front lawn. #hipsters all the best. Buffalo has a ton of craft brews and Im wondering when the point of too much will make it not cool anymore. #bringbacklakeport Blue is by far the most fav in 716.

The resurgence of craft brewing is well beyond hipster-world. It's the fastest growing segment of beer sales, to the point where the big macro brewers (ABInbev, Molson-Coors) are buying up craft breweries wherever they can.

So, with all due respect to your snark, the evidence points in the opposite direction.

Good for you. You're clueless about beer, but enjoy.

No. Craft breweries are not the same thing as the "you brews" -- the latter (are they even still around?) were like the make-your-own-wine places, where individual customers are sold a recipe and a quantity of ingredients and have a partial hand in the making and bottling, for personal consumption. Craft breweries are run by people who have expertise in making beer, for commercial sale.
