Wow, that small medical building next door is the poster child for why this area needs something like the Centre Plan.

I have said before that I am getting tired of the trend toward grey buildings but the form of the building that matches the curve in the road is pretty neat.

It does address the site incredibly well, at least from those perspectives.

Interesting to see such a large development so far into south Dartmouth. The massing looks good. I hope the materials are up to snuff.

The massing and the way it sits on the site is really great. This area around the college and hospital has so much potential. I was looking at the drawings and the materials however...... siding and fibre cement board. So not ideal.

According to Design Advisory Committee this is now going through under their approval process. I believe the corridor zoning here allows for a similar building to the one posted above.

Construction Management Plan - 247 Pleasant Street

Unit count is now 61 and it appears to be WM Fares Architect rendering will be built.
