But I guess it wasn't meant to be.
Same, when their lease was extended I was very disappointed. Waste of prime shore line real estate, and is an eyesore.

It looks like they're doing work on the old road along the shoreline to convert it into a pathway. Isn't that a pile driver next to it closer to the river?

Maybe. Not sure why a crane would be needed though.

Crane is needed to handle the materials to hoist over to the pile rig.

the red metal cladding on the office building is taking forever to complete. They must've ran out or something!

Maybe the same supplier as 412 Sparks and The Clemow Those are both having incredible delays in cladding.

Heck, even East Flats and Adisoke have been painfully slow. Feels like Parkdale Collective and Releve are the only projects that haven't had any issues with cladding.

Zibi is slow, but I can see the vision coming together.

I can see a vision on the Ontario side not so much on the Quebec side.

When does the next Ontario tower start? One would think excavation would be well underway by now.

Went by the Zibi house a week or so ago and the woman working there told me they'll be breaking ground on block 204 this spring. So maybe May?

Block 204 is next, but I don’t think it can start until 207 and 206 are finished and Ledcor clears out. Remember that Zibi announced a new contractor for 204 - Westview Projects.
