What matters to me the most is t/o. I think we'll be done with the podium by Feb / Mar 2021, and then if they do a floor / week after that, it could be topped out by spring 2022 if not sooner. It may take a year to complete after that point, but I'll never see the inside of it so...

I won't ever, work, live, or eat there, so there's no reason. Wait, there would be a reason if one of you buys / rents a condo / apartment and invites us to a forum meet.

Top-out is scheduled for Summer of '22. Final completion is late Spring / Summer of '23

Ok, thanks. I was only off by one season. And I had to wrack my brain to get there. But there is no doubt that by the end of next year, with the cranes and wherever they are with the construction, it will be making a huge impact on the skyline.

This will be exactly 20' shorter with 20 less floors than Miami's and Florida's tallest tower, the all residential Panorama Tower which is 868' with 85 floors. NY, Chicago, Philly, LA, San Fran, Atlanta, Houston, Cleveland, Seattle, Dallas, Jersey City, Charlotte, and Miami are the only cities that have 1 or more buildings taller than 6X. And only 5 of those 13 will have something taller than Austin if and when we get 98 Red River off the ground. Think about that...on a list of cities in the US with the tallest buildings, Austin (with 6X) would come in 14th, and with 98RR, 6th. Not bad, especially considering that there are 91 cities in the US with populations of 250K or more and 200 cities with at least 142K pop.

They're currently pouring about a floor every three weeks. Maybe a little faster but not much.

It will speed up (obviously) once they're done with the gigantic podium. So probably 2-3 months for that, then a floor every 1.5-2 weeks.

I wish I could press a "fast-forward" button on some of these projects... so damn slow. Tesla gigafactory is moving phenomenally fast and they should use that as an example.

Some pictures from today. This thing is crawling along. Compare the first picture below (street view) to CorvairKeith's Nov 29th street view. A few more pictures here: https://imgur.com/a/TW14Vze
