Podium is exceeding my expectation.

Strange to see a stairwell occupying prime window space.

Cladding looks to be much better quality than the typical aluminum composite panels. Zinc/Stainless? Anyhow, the shades of grey and random openings just makes it more grey. It's not like there's 50 shades.

On the podium, it's not obvious on my pics, but they actually are granit panels. Not on the towers, of course.

yup... podium. Wow! I knew it wasn't your average metal sandwich panel but, I never would have thought granite.

Very cool Montreal update!

Any idea what the use of the skybridge will be? Residences or amenities?

The less I like these the closer they reach completion. There's really nothing wrong with the style and colour of balcony glass. I'm just tired of it. These are almost entirely balcony plays and that takes away from the coolness factor. The repetitive balcony pattern, the tower massing , the average window wall have the impression of knockoffs than artistic architecture. The biggest disappointment are the podiums with the same average window wall cladding and seaform balconies

^Agreed. It's the epitome of the worst of Corporate Architecture to me. Nothing particularly bad and competently executed, just kinda bland while giving lip service to "interesting" architectural features.
