This building just shows on the left side of this picture. Seems to be 6/7 stories above ground now.

The cladding has gone up to ~halfway now. There is some nice "rhyming" between the yellow sections on the right and left towers.

the latest tower here has a surprising (big) presence from the north and the east. love these corridor fillers that continue the visual presence of tall buildings outside of immediate center city.

Not to get off topic, but those sidewalks are awful. Its such a dreary walk going North on that stretch.

Glad to see this project moving along, even though its cheap looking.

I really like the look given it's location, where that immediate area looks very gray and very worn. It's refreshing to my eyes.

They named a cheap looking thing like this the Hamilton, and not something in the Federal style?

I actually like it too. The area is so drab and gray/brown. It's nice to see color in this area.
