Do you mean the Bank of America Plaza building, typically outlined in green? If so, I find the distaste for it interesting; I find it impressive when lit up, more so in person than in photos (I've lived in both Philadelphia and Dallas so very familiar with both skylines).

I concur though that this building would benefit from a similar lighting scheme.

Oh my, I don't think I've ever seen that view before. Stunning.

It really is, especially with The Laurel, Arthaus and FMC. A really nice extension of the skyline.

If that South 19th Street tower gets underway, it will rise right next to The Laurel.

Never really realise how much the skyline is expanding, it really is reaching out, especially to the south and west of the main area of center city. Its hard to see how much it truly spreads out from certain angles. Its rare to see all of CC in one photo, it really is expansive, going between both rivers, and as UC expands it will leap further over the river.
