Everything is on processing.

Now because of the power and water problems(now only temporary), they are pending other buildings. I think when the main tower gets to the top, the other buildings will follow up at the same time

China construction is "tapping the breaks a bit"

I have seen many stories where China has made 2 much 2 soon 2 fast. For example look long it took 2 put the cladding on the "Gate of the Orient" in Suzhou. I think slowing down construction saves them money somehow in there state run country.

Tianjin China 117 Tower Dec update

As of December, the Tianjin China 117 Tower's core has been topped off, but much cladding needs to be installed as in the pictures in the January and November/early December update photos.
Steel framework is nearing completion.
