Its not unusual to see a lot of cars seven or eight years or older to have fading paint or oxidation if they're not garaged.
On behalf of all of us who are in snowy/road salt areas, screw you and your complaints about potentially fading paint

On either Monday or Tuesday (can't remember which) it was 80-something degrees and 68% humidity in downtown San Diego.
I took my daughter to a Dolphin encounter thing in the Florida Keys in January. The water was 73 degrees and they had us wear wet suits since it was so freezing.

I was snorkeling in Key Largo again today (water temp 86.3).

Just realized I didn't make the map publicly viewable. That should be fixed now I think.

Probably the best weather on Earth in terms of “comfort” IMO. Milder than SD during the height of summer (average high of 72.9F and 73.5F in July and August, respectively) but warmer than “freezing” SF. The average low is in the mid to high 40s in December through March, giving you a little bit of a “taste of winter.”
Ventura is even better. Oxnard being a bit inland can have a few hot days. Ventura is right on the coast. (Part of Oxnard is right on the coast. My aunt lives there.) Once in a while they get Santa Ana winds, so that brings dry heat.

I have both Oxnard and Ventura saved on my Weather app. I'm looking at the 10-day forecast now:

Oxnard

64 / 59
63 / 59
63 / 59
62 / 59
65 / 59
65 / 61
67 / 62

Ventura

68 / 59
69 / 58
73 / 58
74 / 61
76 / 64

For comparison:

SF

68 / 57
65 / 56
67 / 57
66 / 57
68 / 57
69 / 56
73 / 56
73 / 57
74 / 56
77 / 57

SD

81 / 69
76 / 68
75 / 68
76 / 68
79 / 68
82 / 69
82 / 71
82 / 71
83 / 71
84 / 72

Oxnard/Ventura are noticeably cooler than SD and the lows don't reach the mid 50s like they do in SF.
