There was another piece attached in this photo from February 26.

But in this photo from April 9 it is gone.

I have no idea why they would have removed it, very strange.

This turned out quite nice. Isn't there some sort of screen that will eventually go over the glass in front of the museum?

Yes--go back a page or several for the renderings showing it. But I still think the current effect that reminds of an adobe building, works nicely for the first few floors that will be the Mexican Museum.

I also think it looks very nice...have been wondering when they’ll bring the crane down since it hasn’t been used for quite some time.

You can see them working on installing panels.

And just think, if you lived in one of the original Four Seasons condos you could look at it all day every day.

I keep wondering if the Mexican Museum has yet raised the cash necessary to build out its interior.

More framing and quite a bit of base work being done here today.

slightly different angle to catch a bit of the north side

speaking of north side, they are adding an awning of sorts to the Aronson building

The renovated older building (forgot the name) is looking fantastic--brighter, cleaner, the detailing better expressed. And I like the skin at the base of the new tower--the museum may end up appearing like a jewel box.

I'll break the page width for this. The siding is being installed quickly.
