Sure looks like Northerly Island is being taken over by more and more "non" permanent permanent buildings

Sounds like something Friends of the Parks should be tackling.

Oh wait, nevermind.....nobody's parking lot is in jeopardy, so why would they be interested

Is 167 N. Green going up exceptionally fast? Or is this year just going by that fast?

Without that parking lot, where would The Superfans sit?

Nice, so much better than the echo deco Prison on State crap that was originally proposed.

I don't know if this has been posted before but it seems 800 W Fulton has a construction cam

https://app.oxblue.com/open/thorequities/800westfulton

I have a feeling this one is going to end up being one of my favorites of this cycle.

369 W Grand

I like it. I wonder if this is the largest Brininstool + Lynch design to be realized to-date?

Also you don't see too many 'cloudy' building renderings Very Gotham looking - somebody took a little artistic license on this one for sure.

It looks to be going up very fast since they got out of the ground. Two tower cranes will do that. If you compare it to 110 N Wacker, 167 has a smaller core, smaller footprint, and double the hook time. Its moving fast accordingly.

This year is also flying by IMHO!

I believe the utility relocations got behind schedule, big time... because this project required them to vacate an alley and move all the power lines that formerly ran down that alley. (This work killed power to my office several times) It's possible that the construction is now moving on an expedited schedule so that Shapack can meet their commitments to tenants for move-in dates.

Thanks for the info - I had assumed the utility work was preparations for Bridgeford's sale.
