Question about the composition of a skyscraper

Hello
when building a large IGH minimum and maximum height how high a level?

for housing ( seen shard and hermitage )
for a hotel ( already seen shard and hermitage )
for offices
for restaurants
transit zone ( skylobby )
technical floor
Entrance hall

how thick a floor ? (Any compassons ) for example steel tower floor Phere ( frame + 62 cm 30 cm raised floor ) that is used to explain as the false floor

end for the core thickness of the wall (of a tower 200m) Lorsé that it is above one notices a thickness of 30 cm
while the ground floor there is 1m

otherwise how this thickness is calculated

thank you in advance
