I love the title, I love the photos. So many amazing pics, but the one with the tracks and the trains (the sixth pic) and "No Parking Anytime" really stood out to me.

First, how can a Canadian not know that Hamilton has lots of grit? Is this not common knowledge?

Second, "colours" are what members of biker gangs wear when they want you to know they're in a biker gang. They are provocative, and when mixed with alcohol, can cause trouble. Basically, when you see a sign like that at a bar you know you'll be rubbing shoulders with a lot of lowlife jerkoffs if you go in for a drink.

"Affiliate shirts" is a dead giveaway that sign is aimed at bikers. The tavern it belongs to is located right beside that abandoned gas station.

Another great tour, flar. I love old industrial cities. That could so be somewhere in Pennsylvania. Good stuff.

Ooohh a zombie thread! Thanks everyone. This set reminds me of Hamilton's chameleon-like character, its varied neighbourhoods can look like many different cities, yet somehow it still all seems like Hamilton.

Very cool thread. Makes me wonder what Silicon Valley is going to look like once India has a full-fledged monopoly on the IT industry .

gangs...specifically Biker groups are known to wear 'colors aka: colours'.

for example, a Hells Angel with his vest on, large Hells Angel patch on the back is "flying colors" of his gang or group.

The cryps and bloods will wear blue and red bandanas, respectively.
