ZGF created a 440,000 SF office tower concept to house clinical and administrative programs. Conceived in two phases to address the Science Center's projected growth, Phase I features a 19 story, 345,000 SF office tower with ground level retail, two levels of below-grade parking, two levels of above grade parking, and a penthouse. Phase II is comprised of a 12 story, 95,000 SF office tower.
