Pretty awesome to see the start of the construction of this multi-part project! I predict the supertall will be built between 2023 and 2100!

The tower is about to break into the skyline! I zoomed into the project up close on this image, I can see a cluster of men as they're putting up the eighth floor. The next floor will be the last floor of the large podium, then the smaller residential floors will be underway

^great photo and perspective. This building is going to have a huge presence and impact when viewed from 30th Street. That view felt like no-man's land for so long.

^ that matches the façade (including the fins) as seen on page 1. Just a different color, charcoal instead of tan.

I think I'd prefer charcoal over tan... so upgrade IMO

Been noticing this dude when coming up and down the Schuylkill the past week or two, it's gonna be a big change to the skyline.

I believe what we see rising is the first residential floor. I don't see rebar sticking out on the far side of the south face
