It's like a giant ugly brick dropped from the sky and bisected a non-descript but unobjectionable building.

I'd rather they make the middle similar to each side, and bring them forward to the sidewalk.

Needs to go on the new page to extend the horror.

Who on earth would want to live at ground level ON the sidewalk on King?

$600,000 "starter home, central location CLOSE to transit".

You wouldn’t need a tv with all the interesting characters passing by.

In fairness, the architectural documents have listed that ground floor space as a "common hall" and not a residential unit.

Reminder that the DRP meeting was today for this one. Can't wait to see that youtube link. Here's hoping that they ripped it up.

The YouTube video for this was posted. I've never watched a more messy unprepared présentation. The presenters we're not paying attention, didn't answer the questions well at all. It was a disaster...

Agreed, was terrible. Sounds like it's going to be completely redesigned though before SPA? Did I understand that correctly?

For anyone looking for the video.
6 storey I believe they said 12 units? Units will be under 50m2 (540sqft) and sounds like they will be priced at a premium.
