I thought the one core seemed to get a lot taller. Does Ironhead401 have any news?

The cores do not appear to have grown any recently. The picture from last week was for the progress of the parking garage structure and the low-rise construction project across the street.

For reference, last week's picture on May 3rd:

Today, May 7th from a slightly different angle:

I walked by earlier today - there's a lot going on. It really is a huge site, the pics from diavolo only are showing the northern half.

Soo close to the train tracks:

Great photo update...shows the scale of the project. Looks very big from the ground level. Thanks!

Good news, but my god...please don't tell me that they are going to spend half a billion dollars on this and not bury the overhead wires here?

Those wires probably don't even supply this site. They are just parallel to the site. Power supply for new large buildings is always underground.

The tower crane was being used today. This is the first time I've seen it in use. Progress.

Will they use 1 tower crane for both towers, or is there a second one on it's way?

Good news - tower crane has been in use every time I've passed by this week, which is a first. Also, both building cores have added a floor. Things appear to be picking up pace.

Good to see some forward momentum here.

It's been about 15months since digging began and it looks like they are about 1/7 of the way there. So this thing should be done sometime around 2030.

I dont see them being able to use one crane to do both towers as far as reach/capacity.

Dont know of any plans to add another tower crane tho.

Great photo, and obviously some work is going on, but if you look back at post #408 from March it doesn't look to me that the cores have moved skyward. If The Harper is truly 100% leased out at its opening I would think that PMC would be racing to move this project along-----------

The progress on this building is similar to both the W and Morgan Hall at Temple. First few floors have unique floor plates so they are going to take longer.

Exactly.

And it's basically an entire city block.
