This shows the core height relative to the tracks.

^Thanks. I'm off the hook, PhillyFan. Looks like the north core is higher, while the south is at track level. Which was to be the first tower up?

They're not on a record breaking pace for this one.

This very unPMC like. Normally their developments go up like a well greased clock. Got to wonder if something is amiss.

Maybe they are using quality materials in this one and had to find all new vendors...

I appreciate your sentiments and PMC has never been known for their quality in any area, (except being able to consistently start and finish projects, which isn't nothing) but concrete is concrete and 1/2" rebar is what it is; and you can't wait for those things to go on sale!

Doesn't look like much progress in two weeks. At least on the main structure. Maybe waiting for the crane approval...

I noticed that the head of the tower crane had moved, maybe it's in use now.

Last week there was digging going on in the SW corner of the site, and now much of the dirt pile is gone. It's something!

Wind most likely moved it form the storm...when they sit idle they are in "weather-vane" mode to point in the direction of winds as they change.

Actually, I am noticing something new at the northern edge of the site. It looks like they may be finally putting up forms to pour the floor on top of all those pillars. Also long the west edge, next to the tracks.

When I study construction of buildings, I check back monthly. I give it 3 or 4 weeks, before I check back, especially if it seems to be a slow build. They may have personnel issues, equipment etc.. Otherwise it may seem like watching the grass grow.
