That 56th St building is TOTALLY under the radar in NY, but it would be the talk of the town in virtually any other American city.

Construction is now complete on Vandewater, a 33-story residential tower at 543 West 122nd Street in Morningside Heights, Manhattan. Developed by Savanna and designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, Inc. as the landscape architect, the 385-foot-tall structure yields 183 condominium units. Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing has been in charge of marketing and sales for the property, which is bound by Broadway to the west, West 122nd Street to the south, West 123rd street to the north, and Amsterdam Avenue to the east.
