A variety of size units available in 60,000 SF adaptive reuse project available September 2020. Incredible opportunity to lease at ‘Style Park’: a rejuvenated ‘brick and beam’ building constructed in 1910. Originally designed to incentivize quality work and to inspire employees, Style Park will be relaunched as adaptive reuse office space - home to a new generation of creative Hamilton businesses. Multiple size units available. All new mechanical, electrical, windows and building amenities. Enquire for updated design and renders.

This project is a nice surprise. I'll be very interested to see inside. And the corner lot will remain parking, I'm guessing?

In the render if you zoom in, it seems to be an urban park.

Apparently this sold in August. Some new renders of the potential future development and more info in the URL below. I was actually walking by the site today and saw someone with a luxury SUV opening the doors (i'm assuming the new owner). So maybe this one is actually getting started.

That's odd. I was curious why work started on this a while back and came to a stand still. I suppose the original owner realized it was going to be too much money?

This stretch of Cannon really deserves to be a little nicer being so close to James N. I also hope the Jamesville Lofts eventually get restarted as well and the plaza across the street gets redeveloped someday soon.

What's important here is that Mr. Lydon (aka Johhny Rotten) is keeping a watchful eye on the Public Image of Cannon Street, per the interior rendering.

The new owners seem to be planning an even better project than before, so I'm happy. Great to see a rooftop patio restaurant! I hope the open landscaped area doesn't get used for parking but I suspect I'm wrong on that one..

Also, this should be yet another ~60,000sf of office space added to the downtown core. Always good news. I wonder if we'll see a large (10+floor) office building proposed downtown at some point.

This block of Cannon will really change. Especially if 16 Cannon gets built.

The other three corners need new life too though.

So two things. I'm curious what the status of that is. Secondly, I guess the title of this thread can be changed to 5 fl.

This building has an instagram page now 'TheFineryBuilding'. Based on their recent posts, it looks like windows have arrived and they are scheduling occupancy for summer of 2023.

I mean, I feel like that was a pretty recent update for a generally small project. Their Instagram is also linked above which I where I got the photo of the windows going in. Kind of excited for this project.
