Meh... I am disappointed with the changes from the rendering, but having driven by it a couple of times recently I don't think it's all that bad of a building overall. The sore points that stood out for me were the black highlights at the curve which seem incongruous with the remainder of the building, and the obvious seams between the prefab wall sections.

However, it's definitely light years nicer than what was there before and overall nicer than most of the buildings that exist currently on the street.

I recall seeing proposals for some other large developments on Quinpool somewhere on this forum - hopefully they will be a step up again from this one... but at least this one is a step in the right direction IMHO.
